What to know
A cap front is small and curved, so a wide logo has to shrink to fit and fine detail disappears. Logos that work well on caps are compact and bold. 3D puff embroidery raises the stitching for a sportswear look, but only suits simple thick shapes, as it flattens fine lines. If your logo is wide, the side panel or the rear is often a better position than the front.

Frequently Asked Questions
Flat for detailed logos and text. 3D for bold, simple shapes.
Most branded caps are adjustable one-size, which avoids a size run entirely.
Orders start from 25 caps. Larger quantities cost less per cap, because the embroidery setup is shared across the whole run.
